1 The rat's acute oral is greater than 2000, the mouse is greater than 1000, and the rat's acute percutaneous is greater than 2,000. In the 14-day subacute test, there was no adverse effect on the rats at a high dose of 1600 mg/kg feed and the test showed no mutagenicity.

2. No irritating effect on rabbit skin and eyes. No dose of 1600 mg/kg was administered to the rats in the 2-week feeding experiment. There was no teratogenic or mutagenic effect in the animal experiments.
